Eyes Of Fog
06:04
|
|

“Eyes of Fog”
When everything has died, sealed in a tomb of memories
Drain the sands of time (drain the sands of time)
Drown me in this misery
Etched upon the stone, mortal words I can’t conceive
The fading light complete (completes my fate)
I long for this reprieve
Swallowing darkness deep within
Devoid of emotion as hell sets in
These eyes of Fog, the empty shell, truth of life
These eyes of Fog, the empty shell, consumes with denial
Rising from nightmares, waging war inside my mind
Killing loneliness (killing the loneliness)
The face of death behind

Consuming Indignation
06:17
|
|
||
“Consuming Indignation”
I curse the daylight, awaken screams
Paralyzing grip of anger, that haunts my dreams
Cold realization, engulfing rage
Bury my thoughts inside my mind, and lock them away
Beloved darkness, come kill the pain
Combusting waves ignite me, I burst into flames
The outstretched hand, clenched upward to the sky
In solemn desperation, consuming indignation
consuming indignation, consuming indignation
Hellbent destruction, its slow decay
Now my mind fills with torment, begins to fray
Your absent presence, salt in my wound
A bitter pill to swallow, end comes too soon
Failed comprehension, pushed to the brink
Slowly I sink
Another sunset dies, the emptiness takes hold
Open up my eyes to see, a world so cold
Beyond the reasoning, this hell became my home
Agony rises to the surface
Chorus 2x

A Mournful Pact
06:27
|
|
||
“A Mournful Pact”
A new dawn rises, still death remains
The fractured mirrors reflection, nothing has changed
Hours of mourning, I long for your return
Invoking incantations memories to burn
So haunt my dreams and visions make your presence known
I made this mournful pact, tonight the moonlight glows
A head full of voices, this house full of ghosts
Death wise of trading places, I am the host
Once again I’m waiting, breath upon my neck
Cold touch of what will never be, still leaves me in this shock
Chorus
Haunt me, Haunt me, Haunt me, Haunt me
Haunt me, Haunt me, Haunt me please

Of Misery and Woe
05:40
|
|
||
“Of Misery and Woe”
Surrounded by this never ending white
as wave upon wave swallows the light
Each day wakens to capture my breath
spiraling downward and welcoming death
Welcoming death, DEATH !
Follow me down into this hole, While emptiness eats my soul
No one knows what lies below, The face of Misery and Woe
Paralyzed these numb hands reach out to nothing
With no light I wither away
Trapped inside closing walls
Suffocation consumes my being
With no light I wither away
Hiding in the shadows of a dying day
Born from a pain that never fades
In my despair I’ve seen the end, pulls me down again and again
Unleashing torment so unbearable
Left with thoughts more unspeakable
More unspeakable

To Grips
05:20
|
|
||
“To Grips”
When darkness finds its way to light
The smoke clears and opens my eyes
Day comes in to swallow the night
No longer afraid of the threatening skies
To Grips I found the cold
To Grips I behold the cold
From blackened wings that once held pain
And sorrowed dreams awakening
To Grips I found the pain
To Grips I behold the cold
Destroyer of a past belief
To Grips I found my soul
To Grips I fall below
Through sudden loss and questioned faith, I find the strength to begin again
Through sudden loss and questioned faith, I find the strength to begin again
In times of terrible uncertainty
I lay to rest the cold pale sun
Recite a eulogy for my yesterday
And set fire for those to come
